Q: Can you make the production mold with short run production?
A: Yes, we can make the production for any quality your require.
Q: Are the samples free of charge?
A: Yes, the first trial samples(5-10pcs) is free, and we will send you the sample by DHL, FEDEX or TNT as soon as we finish.
Q: I don’t have 3D drawing, can I make a mold?
A: If you can supply us a sample, we will help you finish the 3D drawing design.
Q: How long is the lead-time for mold?
A: It depends on the size and complexity of the mold. Normally, the lead time is 25 to 35days. But if the mold is simple and small, we can work out in 15 days.
Q: Is it possible to know how's product going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer the schedule of mold making thought pictures and videos.
Q: How to make sure the quality before shipment?
A: We will supply the samples for your test.
