Five processes of injection mold manufacturing
Many customers who come to cooperate with our injection mold manufacturers may not follow up on every stage of the project, and naturally they will not understand every process of our injection mold factory's production of their products. Our injection mold manufacturer started with the first project of injection mold manufacturing. What is the process of injection mold manufacturing? Today, the JJK editor will give you a brief introduction.
The injection mold manufacturing process refers to the process of processing and assembling injection molds through certain processing techniques and process management. The injection mold manufacturing process includes five steps:
1. Production technology preparation
Production technology preparation is the basis of the entire production and has a significant impact on the quality, cost, schedule and management of injection molds.
The preparation stage of production technology includes the design of injection mold patterns, preparation of process technical documents, formulation of material quotas and processing time quotas, injection mold cost estimation, etc.
2. Preparation of materials
Prepare materials to determine the type, form, size and relevant technical requirements of the injection mold parts blank.

Injection mold parts refer to the punch, the die, the punch fixing plate, and the discharge plate. The punch and die are directly working parts. The punch fixing plate, as the name suggests, is used to fix the punch, and the unloading plate is used to remove the workpiece and waste material that is attached to the punch.
4. Assembly and debugging
Clarify the work responsibilities of the assembly and debugging team of the production department, and complete the assembly and debugging of injection molds with high quality according to the production plan.
One-stop service 5. Trial mold identification
Mold trial appraisal evaluates the rationality and correctness of the injection mold design and manufacturing quality, and whether the injection mold can meet the expected functional requirements.
